PNEUVEYOR SYSTEMS PURCHASED BY LUXME GROUP
Mr. N. Jagan, B.Sc. (Hons.), P.Eng., President and CEO of Luxme Group of Industries is pleased to announce the acquisition of Pneuveyor Systems Ltd. of Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. The company will operate as Pneuveyor Systems International, Ltd. to better reflect a renewed commitment to the global marketplace.
Established in 1959, Pneuveyor specializes in pneumatic conveying systems for the plastic, chemical, mineral, food and pharmaceutical industries. Products include comprehensive custom bulk conveying systems; storage, weighing and blending systems; portable/stationary product transfer equipment.
Established in 1979, Luxme has also served the same market with complimentary products as a leading supplier of automatic bag slitters, tubular chain conveyors, cooling conveyors, integral rotary mixers, inline vibrating screens/scalpers, delumpers, feeders, diverter valves, bag elevators, empty bag compactors, dust filters and fully automatic bag opening/drum unloading systems, distribution terminals for railcar, truck and ocean container loading, complete with support structures, foundations and building requirements on a turnkey basis, as per customer needs.
The combined in-house engineering staff and manufacturing facilities are designed for a single source supply manufactured by the Group and resulting in considerable savings and economic benefits to present and future customers.
